180° Leadership Assessment

Allow employees to participate in 180° Leadership Assessments of their managers/executives as well as themselves during their Performance Appraisals. Creating a 2-way street (versus top down) could champion greater reward linkage to performance, collaboration, and communication amongst the whole work force.

 

Utilizing an acceptable/approved universal electronic system across government to collect and share this data would also help, especially w/rewarding those agencies with the strongest leadership.

 

The government savings comes into play when better executive leadership results from greater employee input and commitment towards generating more efficient production.
