Conservation of paper

When writing memos, diectives other documents for distribution, many times they take up a line or two more than a page, may be a signature, phone number or the last sentence in a paragraph. Most of the time the document can be reduced by that amount without sacrificing it's integrity or meaning. I have on many of occasions printed what I thought was a page only to discover that it was two because of a couple of words.

This might seem insignificant but I think it can save a lot of paper as sometimes such documents are distributed to hundreds of people.
