I suggest you change Temporary Seasonal employees to Permanent Seasonal Employees and Not To Exceed employees in to Permanent Full Time employees, expecially those that come back year after year. We spend so much money on hiring, training, and separating our Temporary Seasonal employees when we could be using this time and money to do meaningful work. Also I know from experience how discouraging it is to work as a NTE employee for years without any benefits. We lose so many great people who just can’t afford not having medical and retirement benefits. Something needs to change before we end up scraping the bottom of the barrel just to have a workforce made up of unqualified and unsatisfied employees.
