Require all new and existing federal supervisors, managers, and agency leaders to complete three specific management training classes every 4 years in order to continue to receive performance awards, cash bonuses, and future promotions. The 3 specific management training classes would include areas in: Diversity management, Effective performance evaluations, and Federal workplace ethics.
*This proposal will dramatically have a positive impact in reducing the amount of federal lawsuits for most federal agencies.
*This proposal will indirectly improve employee’s relationships with their managers which could have a positive impact on how each federal agency, office, or division accomplishes its mission and goals.
*This proposal will display an immediate impact on employee behavior, performance, and accountability. In addition, positive reactions from managers receiving the aforementioned three training classes will see an increase in productivity and improved performance from its staff.
