Miltary/ Civilians to Reduce Injuries w/ Better Running/ Jogging Technique

Millions of dollars can be saved by the DoD and other gov departments promoting the correct way to jog/ run. New techniques such as "Chi Running" and "Pose" running uphold the idea to use a "mid-sole" strike instead of the traidtiional and often-taught "heel-strike" which is ruinious to knees and hips. Mid-sole strike running will increase running functionality of soldiers and civilians and save millions in surgery and improved personnel utilization.
