Merge National Endowment for the Humanities into U.S. Dept. of Education

Education has many similar programs to those of the NEH, and there is no longer a reason for keeping these agencies separate, with all the redundancies. When Education was created 30 years ago, perhaps NEH's stakeholders were perhaps prudent to fight consolidation and take a wait-and-see attitude. Well, three decades have passed, and we are facing large fiscal deficits. Stakeholders no longer can have the luxury of having their own pet agencies. Need to consolidate.
