I think that we need to go back to basics. As government employees, we have the tendency to take things for granted. I observed this while on active duty and still see it now. We need to be aware of our work environment. If you are the last person at the office, turn off the lights. Make sure that the coffee maker, radios and other appliances are off. Be concientious of your printing. Stop killing trees. If you are the a signing authority for travel, stop holding on to the paperwork. It's all about consideration of others.
