Make more forms PDF fillable and electronically deliverable

I think the gov't needs to make more of its forms PDF fillable and available to send in via email. I am shocked every time I go to fill in a form, either for business or personal reasons and find that I need to print it out and snail mail or fax it in. Faxing forms is old and becoming obsolete. I suggest you...have virtual meetings, trainings, and conferences. The government is notorious for feeling as though they need to see people face-to-face to get their message across. Save money? simple, stop printing hard copies of the Code of Federal Regulation. At least here at the FCC, we don't use those books, we use the e-version instead, yet each employee gets full hard copies of Title 47 CFR. NASA's current email and calendar system, NOMAD, presents a huge waste of taxpayer dollars. Each account costs NASA $20 a month and offers only 400MB of storage.
