I suggest the government enforce it's no smoking policy nationwide. Some employees take smoking breaks about once per hour while their non-smoking coworkers continue working. In other places, extra breaks are given to allow smokers time to smoke all day. Millions of dollars are wasted, probably monthly, by not enforcing the no smoking policy. This situation puts extra burden on non-smokers.
Why do we have seperate outside contractors used for every department? The idea is to have a Federal database built and run by our own IT staff that is used by ALL branches and departments for the hiring, rating, and voting of contractors. We can control the voting system by using a sign in system like the one used on this site. This process will save money immediately by raising competition which in turn lowers cost. ...more »
