Eliminate Foreign Aid until US is Whole

Eliminate foreign aid until the US is economically whole - when foreign aid can be provided after the US is economically whole, provide foreign aid based upon future agreement to that countries capital and resources in return for coming to their aid. It's a small world and getting smaller

Fly America?

The "Fly America" policy is wasteful. This wasteful policy should be changed for not only USAID but all relevant US Government offices that send staff on TDY, PCS or any other domestic or international travel. For example when I was flown from Africa to Washington, DC to interview for my current position the US Government paid over $5000.00 for my plane ticket. I researched other options and learned a similar route ...more »

This hasn't changed in the last 40 years, at least.  We need to enter the 21st century by replacing the briefing binder ...more »

As a specific example, IPAC users have to navigate multiple screens to enter information for each individual transaction. Program staff submit data to the IPAC user who then manually rekeys the data or does and copy and paste. This is ...more »

Convert all approval documents to PDF using digital signatures

SAVE: Time, Money and the Environment. 1. The amount of time spent printing and walking/sending around documents that require signatures of approval is immeasurable. These documents include memos, cover sheets, requests for annual leave, timesheets, budget spreadsheets, purchase orders, contractual agreements, scheduling requests, etc. In most cases, these documents are printed and then hand delivered to be hand ...more »
