Employee pride and ownership

Find a way to have employees take pride and ownership in their federal building, landscape, etc. Somehow see which (if any) employees are interested in using their personal interior decorating and/or landscaping skills for ideas and to do the work. Higher employee morale, retention and recruitment through social media.

Create social media/radio programs focusing on the jobs of rank and file employees. Many federal employees never get to talk about what they do and their contributions to the betterment of society. They work in anonymity; their contributions unrecognized. The creation of audio programs costs nothing beyond the purchase of equipment and mounting the program on the agency website.
