UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRATION SOLUTION: SELF FUNDED DETERRENT PREVENTING THE HIRING OF UNDOCUMENTED WORKERS

I suggest a new type of proactive solution in the form of an enforcement system to deter the hiring of undocumented workers (illegal aliens, deportable/inadmissible aliens) through self funded economic incentives (monetary rewards) generated by fines. It will encourage the public to report violators and discourage employers from hiring undocumented workers. A percentage of the fines levied on employers of undocumented ...more »

Of course, we want to motivate our employees in a healthy environment!, encouraging the employee's loyalty and good service to their team(s) and the public. Instead of getting expensive chairs for certain areas of employees, get those employees who have legitimate muscular-skeletal issues actual ergonomic, sturday chairs with a long life.

Save Hundreds/Thousands of Dollars on Health Care Premiums by Offering a 2-Party Health Care Plan

The Federal Government and its employees could save hundreds of dollars each month if there was a 2-Party health care plan option offered, not just a Family plan. I was a single parent for 15 years (just recently married) and all other employment before working for the Government offered 2-Party plans. My insurance premium more than doubled (nearly tripled) going to a Family plan. Besides single parents, there are a lot ...more »

Government Workers Should Share in the Suffering

The Federal Government continues to grow, even while the bad economy causes layoffs, furloughs, foreclosures, etc. for many individuals, the private sector, and state governments. For example, I’ve been in a manufacturing facility which provided their workers stretches and routines ...more »

Create a Healthy Workforce: Lose Weight/ Acid Refux/ Diabetes with Food Combining

There is only way to lose weight, end acid reflux, and slow or stop adult diabetes and that is through using a "Food Combining" diet first proposed by Dr William H Hay. Almost all gov employees suffer with these ailments or will have to deal with them soon, because they do not know about food combining. With a little bit of research and with a small test group, the gov can change their personnel landscape into a group ...more »

Miltary/ Civilians to Reduce Injuries w/ Better Running/ Jogging Technique

Millions of dollars can be saved by the DoD and other gov departments promoting the correct way to jog/ run. New techniques such as "Chi Running" and "Pose" running uphold the idea to use a "mid-sole" strike instead of the traidtiional and often-taught "heel-strike" which is ruinious to knees and hips. Mid-sole strike running will increase running functionality of soldiers and civilians and save millions in surgery and ...more »

Inmate Work Requirements

Prisoners should have to work off their incarceration expenses: room and board, meals, clothing/laundry, electricity, heating/cooling, water for showers, waste disposal costs, health care, etc. No more free rides for having broken the law. In addition, hourly work load is based on a system that considers several factors: criminal record (each subsequent incarceration results in more work hours,) degree of crime committed ...more »
