Do not Post Fake Job Openings

Do not mislead job applicants by posting job openings to public which already have candidates in mind. This will save tremendously time and cost (time = money), and reduce stress and disappointment for job applicants. I will also save hiring managers' and HR's time for posting such jobs.

Invite job applicants to submit resumes in a standard XML format

The proposal is to make it possible for job applicants to submit resumes in a standard XML format.
