At this time we receive information for our programs through web training, emails, Federal Notices, State Notices, Amendments and Handbooks that are stored in different locations. Central Media Room in USDA Service Center Saves Money

Most USDA Service Centers contain several different agencies, like FSA, NRCS, Soil Conservation, and RD. My experience shows that each agency often has a copier. The copier is a valuable tool that is used every day; however it is not in use every minute. Digital Billboards

Remove bulletin board postings and post info digitally. With today’s technology, we could create a central posting site for each department where we can go to see our department’s public notices or design a weekly email that goes out to every employee about events and regulations.
