TSA Testing and the numbers game

It would be nice to recatagorize the Transportation Security Administration and have the entire agency federalized (G Band) and alleviate the expensive and moral busting method of testing officers each year. It has totally gotten out of hand and there should be no difference in gaging officers at I.C.E or Customs/Border Patrol. What: After high school, graduates should serve their country for two years (AmeriCorps Vista, Army, Navy, etc…) Families will be able to choose the agency). NWS/CRH Workflow Through EMRS

The NWS uses a system call EMRS (Engineering Management Reporting System). Field offices are required to use this system to improve workflow issues. In CRH (Central Region Headquarters) there is no workflow for electronics or facility requests from the field to the CRH. Excessive processing fees are needlessly charged and many times inflated prices for flights are billed to the federal government through the travel system. The government is charged for every voucher processed through the system.
