Target and Reduce Annual Agency Overpayments

I suggest you actively target and reduce annual agency overpayments. Some agencies/programs have notoriously high overpayment rates. These agencies/programs should be the focus of immediate oversight to systematically reduce annual overpayments, which at the moment, account for almost a hundred billion dollars of losses/waste.

Remit overpaid funds online

I suggest the Social Security Administration give overpaid individuals the ability to remit overpaid funds online. The time the Agency currently spends processing remittances in the field offices would be reduced, allowing employees to focus on other workloads.
