COCOM Reorganization of Ground Forces

There are an overwhelming number of commands that each have their own full ADMIN/PAY and INTEL departments, several of which are in the same ...more »

Require LWOP

Require all employees to take five days of LWOP throughout the year. Forty hours won't affect service computations or insurance premium contributions. The government saves a little money on payroll. The employee will lose less than 1% of his/her salary, but will get an extra five days off during the year.

Half pay for an extra week off

As a voluntray program, allow employees to take an additional week off of work at half-pay. This would allow more time off for the employee and save the government about 1% of the employee's annual salary. The employee would still be resonsible for their share of their benefits.

Taking money from lower income government employees by not granting annual raises and forcing minimum wage is borderline theft! Our country is suffering financially ...more »

Rewrite Payscale Laws

Rewrite the laws governing the federal employee payscales.

The current laws governing the payscale system are in many instances harmful to federal government objectives.

In my own organization many skilled employees are barred from working overtime despite the fact that doing so would actually generate revenue for the federal government.
