In the U.S., after a student receives their high school diploma, no one cares about them except their families. If they have not applied to a trade school or college, they sit around doing nothing with their lives. Hiring more interns throughout the year will help make us more efficient. It gives students great exposure and experience while also allowing employees more time to focus on the most important, non/mundane aspects of their jobs. I suggest that you take a hard look at the loan practices of Sallie Mae. Its smart option loans are deceptive and the interest they charge students is excessive. I suggest moving all student loans back to the Federal Government because private banks are exploiting our students.
