Adult Replacement Social Security Card Fee

After the age of 18 years, any claimant should be entitled to one free replacement social security card. After your given one free social security card replacement after age 18, the public should have to pay a fee of $5 for each card that is needed after that. This would save the goverment lots of money; would possibly help us become more green, and could possibly produce revenue in the long run.

After a recent stint at one of the FLETC, it became blatantly obvious exactly how much in government funds is wasted via the government's contracts with travel agencies such as Sato/GetThere.
