Much better use could be made of open space on large government campuses. For example, where space allows, remove the grass and plant edible food that could be donated to local food banks. TAX-TV is a cable channel devoted to tax and tax-related topics. The channel would be a mix of both IRS and commercial programming having tax as its unifying theme.
