eliminate computer keyboard cleaners and save millions and the atmsophere

Eliminate the purchase and use of aerosol computer keyboard cleaners- save millions of dollars across the government, eliminate aerosol emmisions to the atmosphere (some of the cleaners are similar to refrigerants) and reduce the need to landfill or recycle the aerosol containers. Provide computer users with small paint brushes (or other brushes made for computer cleaning). that can be used to clean keyboards.

EPA: Let's practice what we preach

At EPA, trash cans at every workstation are emptied every day. The problem is that no matter how much or how little trash the can contains, the practice is to pull out the over-sized plastic bag lining the can and replace it. Email policy and paper use reduction

DOI IT security policy requires every employee to print and file a paper copy of every work-related email. Requiring on and off-site electronic back-ups of email files provides better security for the records and would save the government millions of dollars per year, as well as hugely reducing paper waste from government offices.
