SAVE THE PAPER - SAVE $$$$$

I think that one of the quickest and most beneficial ways of saving money and waste within the various departments of Homeland Security is honestly just to cut down on the amount of paper we use. We need to find more wireless wasy to communicate. In today’s world we really print way too much. Cell Phone Vouchers or Credits for a Personal/Business Cell Phone

Would it be possible to give out vouchers for cell phones instead of buying cell phones through our ODIN services. I can get a better phone at a cheaper rate than using a buying service we are required to use. This would be for non-secure position only; but would save quite a bit for each phone issued.
