Stop mailing paper pay stubs

Allow employees to access pay and leave data electronically and stop mailing hard copy pay stubs. It is a waste of paper and postage and creates unnecessary paper documents containing sensitive information. By allowing employees to view and print their data as needed, we can reduce costs and help the environment (i.e., save paper and reduce emissions caused by USPS through delivery).

Organziational changes

Before an order is issued or when an executive has an idea about how to solve a problem in an area remote from him, he must personally physically inspect or send a representative. Additionally, the people on the ground who are doing the work or those directly involved with the oncoming change should be consulted, asked for their input or most importantly be held responsible for solving the problem and presenting the solution ...more »

Office Efficiency

When someone goes on leave or even lunch their area is completely covered so production will continue. Not all administrators go on break at the same time so the phones are answered and important matters do not have to be put on hold.

Contractor to Permanent

A contractor who has worked for a Federal Agency for more than 3 years and has shown exemplary conduct, productivity and efficiency should be give the opportunity to become a permanent employee in that position he or she is holding. The position would become permanent for that contractor upon agreement from the executives over the Branch or Department
