I suggest that federal buildings with urinals replace traditional urinals with waterless urinals. A waterless urinal saves anywhere between 15,000 and 45,000 gallons (approx. 55,000 and 170,000 liters) of water per urinal per year. The waterless urinals utilize a trap insert filled with a sealant liquid instead of water.
