Instead of continuing to lease office space for employees invest the money into repairing, upgrading, renovating, and expanding Federally owned properties. It's cheaper to house employees in space we already own than paying outrageous rental rates to lessors.
Switch to 4 day work weeks so that buildings can be shut down a day early. The savings on operating costs would be great and employee satisfaction would go up as well.
