The government should encourage the use of going paperless to save money, time resources and energy. Every government worker should have two monitors; one monitor to read a document and one to edit and make reviews. Many people print information that could easily be read and worked with if there was an additional screen. The government should have a 4 day work week with 10 hour days. This will save a day of operating costs and save energy.A longer work day will make the time more efficient. There will be longer periods of time that people will be able to work. When people are in meetings for 5 hours on a day, have lunch, eat breakfast, the actual working time is cut tremendously.
