Stop giving Fullbright scholarships worth hundreds of thousands of dollars to foreigners until we get out of our 13 trillion dollar debt. Then resume. Or at least have the decency to spend American taxpayer money on poor but bright Americans who can't afford college, or graduate school.
Buy properties in poor foreign countries instead of renting them at overpriced rates. In most less developed countries, two years of rent spent on lodging diplomats could afford the mansions they are staying in. Houses are very cheap and locals are overcharging Americans most of the time and we are getting locked into very disadvantageous lease contracts, if the properties were bought at the real local market price for ...more »
