4-day work week covering 5-days

A 4-day work week for all employees will help in the following areas:

-Less time waiting to get on/off base

-Less security guards needed on Mondays/Fridays

-Half utilities used on Mondays/Fridays

-Movitivated employees with 3-day weekends

-Less overtime generated with longer workdays

-Less gas/diesel usage for personal and GOV's

-Less wear/tear on vehicles with extra day off

-Several 4-day holiday weekends...increased morale

With half the workforce off on Mondays and the other half off on Fridays, services are still available while saving those areas listed above.
