Corps of Engineers-Civil Works

Computer Security

A lot of money could be saved in training and computer cost by eliminating the need for confidentiality on Corps computers. I understand why there is a lot of security behind it, but much of the information that is stored on our computers is open to the public as is and the government could save a lot of money eliminating the security clearances and difficulties of the computers. This would allow us to use thumb drives instead of wasting money on countless cds and paper.
