Make available to each governement office an on-line report of outgoing phone calls (name, phone number and charges) for each phone in the office. The report should be reviewed by supervisors. Each employee should review the report for his or her phone calls; reimburse the government for personal calls listed; and as appropriate be encouraged to refrain from making long distance personal phone calls. It will help reduce the number of long distance phone calls made by government employees.
