Nuclear Regulatory Commission

Yes, believe it or not, the government still uses them. When I worked for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission not too long ago, every secretary had one and the agency spent Godknowshowmuch keeping them maintained. What's even funnier is that the sole reason they kept these antiquated dust collectors was so they could quickly date correspondence once it had been signed, as if a regular computer printer or a date stamp couldn't do the same thing. *shakes head* Oh and the time they'd spend training 20-somethings straight out of college how to use these things was completely laughable. If only the public knew about this. Such an embarrassment.
