Improve EEO/employee union contract/ethics traning for managers and supervisor. Many have no idea when they are trampling on employee labor laws and right. This would save millions of dollars in EEO complaints, grievances, and improve employee morale. Managers should be held accountable once they receive training to provide a fair, unbiased, and non-discriminatory workplace. Stop managers from retaliating for legal EEO activity and union grievances. Require this across all agencies.
