Leveraging Oil Consumption

The US currently consumes 25% of the world's oil. We should be leveraging that buying power through government buying of oil at a very low price ($1-$2/gallon). The government could then set the price of oil at $3-4/gallon and put the difference towards national debt, deficit, etc. The US could also make oil more expensive and use the difference to invest in alternative energies. We would ween ourselves off oil while making massive dollars as a country. I have a much more detailed plan. Contact @ justin.mcnaughton@yahoo.com
