I suggest you...place all program information in one place.
I believe it would be cost effective to have all program information in one place. At this time we receive information for our programs through web training, emails, Federal Notices, State Notices, Amendments and Handbooks that are stored in different locations. When we are looking for an answer to program questions we search all the different media to find the answer. It would increase efficiency to click a tab under a program heading and find all that information in one place.
For Example, the State of Nebraska has a SharePoint site
We would click on “the program page” for Conservation and any information (web training, emails, Federal Notices, State Notices, Amendments and Handbooks) that would pertain to the conservation programs would be categorized on that page. This would definitely save program technicians a lot of time not searching through the multiple media sites.
