I suggest you...save several billion of dollars per year by Using Existing Social Security Offices to Administer New Health Care Plan:

In order to administer the new health care plan established by Congress, the government will have to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to set up a service network. It can take GSA 2 to 3 years to build out new office space. I suggest that we use the 1200 or so field offices already in use by Social Security(SSA). By sharing workstations and going to two shifts a day we could quickly register the public for the new plan. Perhaps, 8 am to 2 pm for SSA business and 2 pm to 8 pm for health care. Retired SSA management staff could come back as re-hired annuitants for a year to train the new employees and management of the health care plan. Billions of dollars could be saved by sharing facilities and compluter networks not to mention the time and cost of finding new office space. Dual us of facilities and equipment would also cut our carbon footprint and reduce offshore drilling and USA dependence on foriegn oil and energy.
