We should have a system set up that if one agency has a need for items such as computers, printers, phones, calculators, etc. A system should be set in place that one agency can shear the items with another agency without so much red tape. A quick email and transfer of items should be sufficient. As long as the inventory is correct and the items stay within the DOJ family this should be simple to coordinate. It would save each department with over purchasing items that are setting dormant at another facility unused.
