Bike Paths on large government properties

At large government facilities like Redstone Arsenal many of us would ride bicycles instead of driving if safe bicycle paths existed. Most of my drive to work is on or adjacent to property government property so I would ride to work if a bike path existed on the arsenal. Recommend that the government lead by example and encourate bike paths where possible and appropriate.

In order to encourage less traffic congestion put out more bicycle stalls at government offices close to employee entrances, allow free motorcycle parking closest to office doors after handicapped parking, than have free van/car pool parking and finally the masses of cars can park farthest from the office buildings.
