I suggest that laser printers in areas with general office usage have duplex printing capability so that we can print on both sides of a piece of paper. The printers should also have what HP calls EconoMode. This allows printing with less crispness and clarity, and importantly, uses less toner, when the only person who's going to see it is you or someone in your group, whom you don't need to impress. Printing Front and Back for Drafts

Teach everyone how to print front and back on all printers in use.
Set printers to print automatically in duplex mode with draft ink setting for copies of working drafts
Make this printing preference standard for all print jobs.
Reason 1: too many copies of too many documents in working draft stage are printed on front side only because it takes some thought and effort to set up duplex printing for each job.
