I would like to suggest that the Government offer the option with the insurance plans for Employee and Child(ren) vs. the current options of Employee only or Employee and Family. It is the spouse that adds substantial costs to insurance programs and more often than not, as in my case, the spouse has their own insurance through their job. FSA & RMA

The first thing that should be done is that RMA and FSA combine into one agency. Think of the money just that would save. But what really needs to happen is that FSA needs to start selling crop insurance. The money we pay in just premium subsidy's would pay 3 or more times over what the extra cost would be for the county offices to have an added employee that could specialize in just crop insurance.
