In order to ensure accuracy of the results, each individual vote will be processed electronically with triple redundancy. If voting of all 3 different electronic processing data agree together, this will indicate good acceptable results.. PROPOSAL: Create a single Bureau, perhaps within OPM, DOD or DHS, that specializes in one thing: Doing background checks and security clearances for all other bureaus.
