Require accessibility to public transportation for meetings

Federal agencies routinely hold national or regional meetings, trainings, and other conferences with attendance from employees nationwide. All of these attendees have unavoidable travel costs. However, many car rental and cab costs could be avoided (and the environment better protected) if these gatherings were required, whenever possible, to be held at sites that were easily accessible to public transportation.

High School students to serve their country after graduation

What: After high school, graduates should serve their country for two years (AmeriCorps Vista, Army, Navy, etc…) Families will be able to choose the agency). After completion, they would either enter into a higher education institution, go into the workforce, or remain in the program. The Government Green Box is a reusable, environmentally friendly Tupperware. Government employees could purchase this Green Box at any government cafeteria and then reuse it every time they purchase food from the cafeteria. The person could receive 5 cents off their food purchase by bringing his/her own container. If a container is needed then the customer would be charged 5 cents.
