Qualified Recipients of Medical Services, a list

I suggest that legal counsel in CMS and/or in the office of the Secretary develop a set of guidelines on the process for obtaining a list of decedents from various data sources. This idea raises numerous privacy issues and would have to be evaluated carefully by legal staff to determine its legal status before it could be implemented. I suggest a type of proactive incentivised system for health care that would operate in conjunction with the recently passed Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (Pub.L. 111-152).

Incentives (monetary rewards) -for individuals in the private / public plans who not only get annual check-ups but follow their proimary care doectors generals advise and also follow the advise and care of any specialsists... more »
