Newsletters Don't Have to be Printed

Keep it simple...The monthly printed newsletters can be reduced dramatically. Have a contact person put out the URL site to staff and keep a small amount of the printed newsletter in a shared location. Soon you will see most people like to read the newsletter by e-mail. Very few need the printed information. It's all about saving paper and toner and costs to have it printed.

Get a Digital Light Meter and Share it with Others
Each office, hallway, conference room should be measured for the amount of light needed. Most areas are too bright and use up too much energy. Light up what you are using and get the right amount of light where you need it. A meeting area, a desk area, but not all the lights in the ceiling need to be ON. Use low-lights on walls.
