Technology exists to telework, videoconference, sharepoint and do everything our administrative jobs require from a remote site. We don't need to pay high cost of living for people to live/work in the metro area anymore - let us live where we want and take a paycut to work from remote sites outside the DC area.

Idea: Mandatory, government-wide telework and schedules with a minimum of 1 day per week for ALL employees. My thoughts: We currently have a telework policy in my organization but not all positions are deemed worthy of this option.
