Install lighting motion sensors in office buildings

In GSA contracts to manage/lease offic building facilities, include a default requirement that all rooms be equpped with motion sensors for lighting, with controls. People tend to leave lights on when they leave, and often there is no way to turn off hallway lights for occupants. Eliminate Washing Sidewalks and similar surfaces.

I have observed many government office building owners or landlords that use water to flush dirt off their sidewalks and driveways. I suggest sweeping up the dirt and placing it in an area that could use more soil. This could help protect our waterways and conserve clean water for its intended use. Go green.
